Welcome to Triple S Handcrafted! By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline our policies on returns, deliveries, and backlogs. Please take a moment to review these terms to ensure a clear understanding of how we operate.

1. Return Policy
At Triple S Handcrafted, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, we are happy to accept a return under the following conditions:

  • You must provide clear photographic proof of the damage within 10 business days of the order being shipped.

  • Once we have reviewed the provided images and confirmed the damage, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement item, as per your preference.

  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the damaged item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

  • Please note that we do not offer a money-back guarantee after 10 business days following the shipment of your order. If you request a return or refund after this time period, we will be unable to process your request.

2. Delivery Policy
As a family-owned and operated business, we want to make sure you receive your product in a timely manner after the ordering process. Please keep in mind that:

  • It may take up to 4 weeks for your product to arrive at your doorstep from the time it is made. This timeline allows for the creation, packaging, and shipment of the product.

  • The exact delivery time may vary based on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen delays in transit.

  • We appreciate your understanding as we work to create quality handcrafted items for each of our valued customers.

 

3. Backlog Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, there may occasionally be a backlog of orders. We are dedicated to fulfilling each order in the order it is received, but please be aware that:

  • There may be instances where additional time is required to complete your order due to other products that need to be made ahead of yours.

  • While we do our best to keep our production times within the usual 4-week window, it is possible that your order may take longer than expected.

  • If there are significant delays or changes in the expected delivery timeline, we will notify you promptly.

  • We value your patience and promise to keep you informed throughout the entire process.

 

4. Product Variations
At Triple S Handcrafted, we take pride in creating custom-made products that are unique and crafted with care. As such, each product may differ slightly from what is displayed on our website or in your cart. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, variations in color, texture, pattern, and size may occur. These differences are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects. We strive to ensure that each product meets our high standards, but please be aware that your item may not look exactly the same as the one shown online or in your cart.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that these variations are a part of the custom, handcrafted experience.

5. Finalized Design Agreement
Once you have agreed to the design of your product during the "build" phase, which is the period in which we work with you to create a design you love, the design will be finalized and entered into our production queue. After this agreement:

  • No changes to the design can be made.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, changes to sublimation prints, photos, decals, fonts, colors, sizes, or any other details presented and approved during the "build" phase.

  • By confirming your design, you acknowledge that all elements of the design are final, and we will begin crafting your product accordingly.

  • We understand that customization is important, and we encourage you to review your design carefully before giving approval. Once the design is confirmed, we will begin production, and no alterations will be made to your order thereafter.

These policies clarify the unique nature of your products and the commitment to a finalized design after approval.

Return & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 04/18/2025


Basic Refund Policy:
No refunds or returns will be permitted due to design once the product has been approved during the build process. For more information regarding our process, please visit our Terms & Conditions.


Damaged Goods Return & Replacement Policy:
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but we understand that occasionally, items may be damaged during transit. If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Damaged in Transit? Here's What to Do:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow the steps below:

Timeframe
You must report the damage within 10 days of the shipment date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Costs for return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Proof of Damage
Send clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s), including the packaging, to our customer support team at S.Triple3@yahoo.com. This is required for us to process your claim.

Review & Resolution
Once we receive your proof of damage, we’ll review your claim. If approved, we’ll issue either:

  • A replacement of the same product (at no extra cost), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • Replacement or refund will be completed once the original product has been shipped and received.

 

Important Notes:
Damage must be due to shipping/transit. We do not cover damages caused after delivery (e.g., accidental damage, misuse).

No returns or refunds will be processed without photo documentation.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
